The mission of the Downtown Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Education Committee is
To empower and uplift community members of all ages by facilitating opportunities to both teach and learn from each other.
Core Values
Collective and Personal Responsibility—We share responsibility for each other, just as we are responsible for our selves. We respect one another unconditionally. The strength of our community depends on the tenacity and cohesiveness of its people. We know it is up to us to make it happen and we know we need to do what it takes.
